Crafty

So I've decided that I really, really want to invest in a sewing machine when I move into my new place (whenever that will happen). I used to have one when I was younger and I know the basics of sewing. I just want to be able to make my own dresses and crafty stuff like that. I have absolutely no idea what kind of machine I would get but something with the ability to sew many types of fabric so I could have casual and fancy dresses. I want to make a mannequin for myself as well. One of those duct tape mannequin so it's completely customized. Love them. 

Nothing much is going on today. Work, sleep, work, and then I'm going to see Into the Woods in Junction City with some friends!! Hopefully we'll go to Houlihan's or something afterwards to celebrate my birthday. 

On my actual birthday (May 11) I am going to work all day and then go work with little kids at a beauty pageant workshop. I've never been in a beauty pageant so I have no idea why I'm going to do this. We shall see how it goes. I'll probably go to Chili's or Applebee's to treat myself. By myself. That's what happens when you have no friends. All well. :) 

So that's that, nothing exciting! Hope the rest of the world has a more thrilling weekend than me!
